Entrepreneurs, franchise owners, and executive teams don’t fail from lack of ambition — they fail under pressure.
Tim Rook blends Hollywood stunt performance, brutal discipline systems, and real-world business leadership to coach teams how to execute under stress, build discipline that scales, and perform at peak when it counts most.
This isn’t a talk — it’s performance coaching for professionals.
Tim Rook delivers powerful, grounded talks on discipline, leadership, and momentum drawing from real-world experience as a speaker, entrepreneur, actor, and father of five.
It’s responsibility, consistency, and forward motion.

Pressure doesn’t reveal who you are — it reveals who you trained to be.
This keynote teaches teams how to:
Maintain emotional discipline when urgency spikes
Execute with consistency and precision on mission-critical work
Build systems that scale across teams and locations
Lead with presence and authority under pressure
Sequence victories strategically rather than randomly
Delivered with live stunt psychology demonstration and performance coaching moments, Tim doesn’t just tell leaders how to perform — he shows them what it feels like and how to train for it.

Discipline creates momentum.
Momentum creates confidence.
Confidence creates change.
Tim’s message challenges audiences to take ownership of their habits, their leadership, and the example they set—at work, at home, and in their communities.
This is motivation with structure.
And momentum that lasts.

Tim Rook is a Performance Coach, entrepreneur, SAG-AFTRA actor, and stunt performer who has spent over 25 years training leaders to lead under pressure. His unique blend of discipline systems, stunt performance insight, and business leadership equips audiences with both inspiration and practical tools to perform when it matters most.
He’s led multiple businesses, consulted 50+ franchisee owners, built brands, and coached teams from the ground up — not just talked about it. Tim trains audiences in performance under pressure just like elite professionals train for high-stakes moments in film and business.

From Pressure to Purpose
Turning adversity, responsibility, and challenge into forward motion.
All talks are tailored to audience goals and event themes.

Tim built his first business teaching martial arts in the back of a daycare. Through discipline, consistency, and leadership, he scaled that program into a flagship training facility—and later expanded to five brick-and-mortar locations across Northern Virginia.
Today, he leads multiple ventures including Family Legacy Fitness and Next 1 UP Marketing, applying the same principles of discipline and momentum he teaches on stage.

As a young person, Tim experienced severe bullying that shaped his understanding of fear, isolation, and responsibility. Years later, through martial arts training and instruction, he rebuilt confidence, discipline, and purpose.
Today, he applies those lessons on stage and in his work guiding youth, building businesses, and helping leaders create environments where discipline replaces chaos and momentum replaces fear.

Tim is a leader and organizer of GEMS of Prince William, a weekly entrepreneur forum providing space for speakers, collaboration, and momentum-driven growth.
This ongoing role reinforces his ability to lead rooms, facilitate dialogue, and build trust.
